Quotations

Quotation Module

The Quotation Module enables the user to produce and record quotations. Price calculations are left to be carried out in the usual manner. The customer can be either selected from the drop down menu or created if the customer is not in the database. The customer drop down list will show all records in the database and does not hide any records. Once the quotation has been saved it is then possible to print the Quote either to a printer or print the quote to a Fax software program. This will enable your customer to receive quotations quickly via FAX
